• 1. If a brand new item sold by MARK PINTO SHOP or does not function due to a manufacturing defect, the defective item will be replaced or repaired subject to the following conditions:

 

   a. Corresponding Original Receipt must be presented;

   b. No physical damage to the subject item;

   c. Warranty Sticker is intact and with no signs of tampering; and

   d. The item is returned within the warranty period and with complete accessories and packaging

 

2. In case the returned item is not available, you can OPT to exchange to a different item.

 

3. Items or units showing physical damage due to user negligence (like scratches, cracks, dings or dents) and/or compatibility issues will not be covered by our exchange warranty, but can still avail of our paid repair service warranty.

5. Every product that is out of the Warranty Period may be accepted by MARK PINTO SHOP for PAID Repair Service fees depending on the extent of the damage and subject to the prices of its parts. The duration of the repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of its parts.

 

6. For brands that DO NOT belong to MARK PINTO SHOP that is still covered by our warranty period, the product will be sent to the brand-owner through airfreight with MARK PINTO SHOP shouldering the cost. Duration of the repair will depend on the brand-owner

 

7. For brands that DO NOT belong to MARK PINTO SHOP that is already out of the FREE Warranty period. You can directly inquire through the manufacturer’s website. You can OPT to send the product to the brand-owner yourself for repair. With regard to such, you should contact the brand-owner of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions. Any cost during the duration of repair will be at your own (buyer’s) expense.

 

8. Compatibility issues are not covered by MARK PINTO SHOP’s warranty.

 

9. A change of mind on the part of the buyer does not entitle the buyer to an exchange or refund – RA 7394 “The Consumer Act of the Philippines”

 

10. Please be advised that product are covered by express warranties with different warranty periods. Warranty periods may range from 7 to 180 days.
